What is CasteelArt Display?
CasteelArt provides an authentic forum for the Emerging as well as Accomplished artist seeking to display and sell their art to obtain more market recognition. CasteelArt offers gallery showings that are displayed and presented in the most tasteful, true to life and refined way possible. We welcome your decision to explore this exciting new forum of art display and comment on our efforts to support artist everywhere.
What do visitors experience?
- View 36 pieces of art in three separate display rooms
- Each gallery room consists of space for 12 art pieces
- Simple mouse movement allows 360-degree room view
- Change gallery rooms anytime using floor plan navigation
- Artist(s) name will appear on screen and artist bio will be available
- Clickable artwork activates zoom in to artwork and written details

Information fields for each piece includes:
- Title, media, size, price, gallery affiliation and link to gallery or artist representing the work for inquires
- Galleries and individuals will have their name(s) featured on promo material and listed as artist representatives aside artwork description, media, etc.
- Ambient gallery sound, guest silhouettes and background music
How much does it cost?
For each art piece shown, there is a gallery display fee. This display fee is paid in advance. During your show, when a piece sells, you may replace it with another when your sale on the sold piece is complete. A new display fee will apply to the newly uploaded work.

What does the Display Fee include?
- Formatting artwork for virtual gallery environment
- Input of art/artist description ( Title, media, size, price, gallery affiliation and link to gallery or artist representing the work for inquires)
- A bio section for every artist
- Minor color balance to artwork if desired
- Client preview for approval of art size and placement

- Printable/email-able PDF promo (on request) to promote your opening
- Email announcements to art buyers, art enthusiasts, gallery curators and Other artists worldwide
How do I book a show?
Let us know when you would like to book a show, for how many art pieces and what duration. We will try to accommodate your request, or provide satisfactory options. The minimum number of displayed art works is 6. Fewer pieces may be displayed when space is available.
A minimum of 2 weeks in the minimum duration for a show.
Galleries and individuals must book space at least 10 days in advance.
A $75 programming fee per displayed item is due upon booking. The balance will be due at lease four business days before show begins– after client approval of art placement, size and general appearance. The $75 programming fee is non refundable.
What kind of files should I send?
It is the Gallery or Individual’s responsibility to provide adequate image files as per image specification parameters, as well as accurate media, size and price information.
As a courtesy, CasteelArt will provide minor color balance, cropping or simple file modification to artwork if necessary. Any additional work may result in a technical fee.
When a customer is interested in purchasing my piece, what will he be expecting?
The customer will contact artist directly via the “inquiry” link on each piece of work. You can discuss price and shipping arrangements directly.
How will the customer pay me?
You may offer your buyer a few payment options. Paypal or Google Checkout are typically good, safe options. Checks might be considered.
How do I pay CasteelArt Display Costs?
Booking fees and display fees may be paid by check or Paypal. Booking fees are due at least 10 days before show. Display fees are due 4 business days before show.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations less than 5 business days before Opening will result in loss of all booking/programming costs and Display monies.
How does shipping work?
Call a UPS store in advance and find out the general cost for them to pack and ship your piece and add that amount when discussing shipping with buyer. Or, you can use it as a bargaining chip and offer to pay shipping if they meet your price. Find the closest ups store at: http://www.theupsstore.com
I'm assuming that I will ship directly to the customer, not to CasteelArt?
That is correct.
I only ship after receiving payment?
Yes. Do not ship until you have cash in hand
